The GER grows through people who already belong

Membership in the GER is by invitation. Prospective members are either nominated by a current member or may petition the Board directly. We are a small group by design, and we grow slowly and deliberately. When we welcome someone new, it is because we believe they will enrich the community as much as the community will enrich them.

What we look for

Professional accomplishment
Members are typically senior executives, business owners, or accomplished professionals in their field. There is no single definition; what matters is the depth of experience you bring.

German fluency
You must speak German fluently. German, Swiss, or Austrian citizenship is not required, but the language is the thread that ties the community together.

Genuine participation
We ask members to show up, for Vorträge, for events, and for each other. The GER works because its members invest in it. Passive membership is not what we are looking for.

The right spirit
Accomplished but grounded. Curious and engaged. Someone who appreciates good company and good conversation — and who doesn't need to make every gathering a business opportunity.

Membership requires payment of an annual fee. Details are provided upon acceptance.
