The German Executive Roundtable brings together an accomplished and deliberately small group of German-speaking professionals in the greater Washington D.C. area — entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders across a range of fields who share a language, a transatlantic perspective, and a genuine affection for both their adopted home and their roots.
We are not an expat club. Most members are long-term Washington residents who have built their lives and careers here while remaining deeply connected to German, Swiss, and Austrian culture. The GER is where those two identities meet, and where meaningful relationships, lively intellectual exchange, shared meals, and memorable experiences have been bringing people together since 2003.
Membership is kept intentionally small. Business opportunities may arise. But what keeps members coming back, year after year, is the people.
